I've been a full-time stylist in the same town for sixteen years, and I see over 300 "regulars."
The people who have stuck with me for over a decade are my scheduling priority, and it's often difficult for me to get them re-booked as often as they prefer, especially because I specialize in color services that require three or more hours of my time.
With that in mind...
I can ONLY take on clients who plan on visiting the salon no more than FOUR times per year (or every three months).
I can't accommodate new clients who would like to be seen more often than every twelve weeks.
New clients will be contacted by text message in the event that a regular client no longer needs as much time in my chair
- OR -
if I have a cancellation that hasn't been claimed by a regular client after I've posted it as being available.
Evening (meaning after 4 PM) and Saturday appointments are unavailable to new clients. Any last-minute openings for these time slots are offered to (and always filled by) my longstanding clients first.
